ARTICLE X APPLICATION
Glenville Energy Park submitted its Article X application to the
New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (the
Siting Board) on January 31, 2002. The Application is a comprehensive
(eight volume) examination of all the potential impacts and benefits of the GEP
project. Click Here to view or download (by right clicking) a copy of the
announcement of the application's filing (as a PDF File). (This is the same announcement
which ran in the 1/31/02 Daily Gazette, the 1/31/02 Glenville
Journal and was mailed to many community residents.).

Signed by State Agencies

Departments of Public Service, Health and Environmental Conservation. The

In response to the many inquiries about our project from our
neighbors, we have prepared a simple newsletter to keep everyone in the
community abreast of the progress we are making. We have made considerable
strides towards our goal of submitting our Article X application to the State
later this summer. The result of some of that work can be found in this
newsletter (distributed throughout the Town and Village on July 3, 2001). Right
